HAVI was been formed in 2007 with the intention to provide World class solution to the Instrumentation Industry. The Company was started under the astute leadership of Mr. Vipul Dalal & Mr. Vipul Panchal who had experience of more than a Decade in the Instrumentation Industry. The Company had a very Modest Beginning starting from a 300 Sq. Meter Small workshop at Andheri MIDC. The setup was simple & very basic with 3 Conventional Machines and 1 CNC Machine. HAVI started its Business as a startup with Exports and Railway Sector and slowly started growing in both the Sectors.
After 16 Glorious & Path Defining Years, Today HAVI is a well-known name in the field of Tube Fittings, Instrumentation Valves, D.B.B Valves, Prefabricated Hook-ups and Sampling Systems. The Company also has its Office in the U.A.E for catering to the ever increasing needs of its MENA Customers. The Company now majestically spread over a 4600 Sq. Meter facility has inhouse installations of State-of-the-art C.N.C machines, V.M.C Machines, C.N.C Grinders, Conventional Machines, Testing Facility as per A.S.T.M F 1387 & M.E.S.C Specifications.
As the philosophy of HAVI has always been ‘’Right Quality as per Customer Specifications at The Right Place & Time & At The Right Cost’’. To be able to control Quality & T.A.T of Deliveries, It was essential to have our own Forging Plant for manufacturing the Best Quality Forgings for our Valves & Fittings.
There was a heavy dependency on unorganised Vendors for the requirement of Forgings that are used for Tube Fittings & Valves. To overcome the dependency, HAVI did A backword integration and started its own Forging Plant which is located near the existing Plant at Chakan M.I.D.C. The Forging Plant is one of its kind where the entire Plant works on Solar Energy thus being Cost effective and Energy saving. The Forging Plant is capable of manufacturing Forgings to a weight of 4 Kgs with inhouse Shot Blasting & Electro Plating Facility. Forgings in A Variety of Materials like S.S316:, S.S304, C.S, Aluminium and Exotic Alloys are produced in the Plant.
